True or fake? ðŸ¤”

Friends play a very important role in our lives and it is very necessary to know how to differentiate between true and fake friends. But it’s not only about friends, we gotta know what kind of people exist in this world. Many are fake and some are true. So how do we differentiate between them? Are you finding it difficult to do so? If yes, don’t worry. This is what I’m gonna be talking about today.

First of all I want to make this thing clear that not every meme about true and fake people that you come across should be believed. You might have come across a meme saying, “fake people have an image to maintain. Real people really do not care”. It may be true for some people and it is true sometimes depending on the person or situation, but I don’t really accept this meme to be true all the time. It doesn’t apply to everyone. Let me explain it to you with an example. If you go to a wedding party and sit there to have lunch, you would surely maintain manners. You’ll have an image of yourself to maintain, right? It doesn’t mean at all that you’re being fake. This isn’t how it works. Or suppose you make a new friend. You might not use manners while talking all the time but you use manners with him/her because he/she is new. Again, that doesn’t mean that you’re not being who you are. Not at all!

Some people consider nice people to be fake, maybe some do not. It actually doesn’t matter at all how you behave or what manners you’re using. Fake and reality depends on your attitude. It’s actually the attitude of your heart that determines whether you are genuine or fake. This is it! It’s that simple. Maintaining your image doesn’t mean you’re fake. Trying to be good, polite, humble, etc, doesn’t make you fake. It’s good to have a good reputation. It’s good to try to be nice and polite though you’re struggling. You’re trying to be a better person but that doesn’t mean you’re faking. Most of the people misinterpret this. It will be fake of course if you’re doing those things only to gain impression from others or to receive praise from others.

As I said before, it’s the attitude and our motive that determines. So how do we recognize such people? How can we tell them apart? Let’s look at some differences between fake and genuine(true/real) people. Let me explain it to you in the simplest way possible. Here we go:

1.Fake people are nice only at fixed conditions, but genuine people are nice all the time.

This may seem controversial to what we discussed earlier because some of you might think that fake people are also nice all the time so as to get appreciation. But this isn’t the thing at all! Fake means fake. They’ll not last for long. Yeah, you got me right. When such people are nice to someone and that person doesn’t help them or aren’t nice to them in return, they just stop being nice to them because they know that they aren’t gonna be of any help to them. On the other hand, genuine people are nice to everyone at all times. People might or might not be nice or help them in return but they don’t really care. They continue to be nice because that’s who they are and that is what makes them real.

2. Fake people want other’s appreciation for what they do but genuine people don’t.

Fake people want appreciation because they do something which they are not. And that makes them feel they should be appreciated. They want people to notice what they do while genuine people don’t really care whether they’re appreciated or not because for them, there’s nothing extraordinary about what they are doing because that’s who they are.

3. Fake people are nice when they are noticeable but change their color as soon as they are out of sight, but genuine people remain the same.

Let me start off with an example to explain this. Suppose you’re nice to a person. You help that person a lot and build his trust(let me use he for convenience). He shares everything with you because you’ve won his heart. But the moment you’re out of his sight, you start gossiping about that person and don’t bother to keep his secrets. I hope you’re getting me. It’s the opposite with genuine people. They will never ever gossip about anyone. If they see some fault in others, they’ll either correct the person or they’ll keep it to themselves and conceal it. Hope it’s clear enough.

3. Fake people are nice to limited people only, while genuine people are nice to everyone.

This might sound somehow similar to what we’ve discussed this far. Yes, it is but it’s somehow different and yeah, important obviously. That’s the reason I decided to discuss about this as a separate topic. Fake people are nice to limited people only which means they are nice only to those people who could actually help them someday. For example, they’ll be nice to rich, famous, important people, etc only to gain their favour or they’ll be nice to the person they like. Genuine people are nice even to the poorest or dirtiest person who may never be able to help them back. It doesn’t matter whether they( the ones whom they help) really understand or not, whether they’re grateful to them or not, they’ll just help because that’s their true nature. It might sound like I’m repeating but this is really important to know if you’re to differentiate between fake and genuine people.

4. Fake people talk a lot about what should be done but never do. Genuine people live the talk.

Fake people keep on talking about what should be done. They talk like they know so much and have much knowledge about how to live, etc but they don’t really live the way they talk. Genuine people on the other hand, talk about what should be done and they truely live it themselves. They might not even talk about it but their actions speak louder than words.

Now I hope you’re clear about the differences between fake and real/genuine people. You’ll be able to identify them. And one more thing:

So yeah, before making friends with anyone, check what type of person they are. You might not be able to avoid their company but don’t be too close to them. And most importantly, be a genuine person yourself! Be someone whom others will love to be friends with. But again, don’t fake it. Just be who you are. Here’s a quote which I wrote:

Yeah! There’s no need to show or convince others what you’re capable of or even convince them that you’re genuine. Just do it, just be genuine and others will automatically see. This is how the world works. People will see what you do. But even if they don’t realize, don’t worry. Just be who you are regardless of whether people appreciate or not because that’s what makes you a genuine person as I’ve already mentioned before. But I promise that they will eventually see it. Be who you are. Be real, be genuine!

Touch the skies which know no limits!(Self expalined self poetry).

What does this poem talk about?

  1. Reach your hand towards the limitless skies

This literally talks about reaching your hand out and achieving something out of limit. Do not let anything create a boundary to what you want to achieve. Be free to remove all those boundaries that are binding you and achieve what you want to.

  2. Reach beyond the level of people’s eyes

This talks about doing something which is beyond people’s eyes. In other words, do something which is more than what people expect from you. Do something which their eyes can’t see. Do something which the world thinks is not of your reach. Show them that you can achieve more than what they think you can.

  3. Don’t let their views limit your capabilities

This simply means to break the cage open where people’s views are trying to keep you in. Don’t let anyone’s words or negative comments limit your capabilities. You were not born to be defined by them.

  4. Don’t let them trap your inner abilities

This one is similar to line 3. Don’t let anyone trap your inner abilities inside of you. You were born to be you and not someone else. Your inner abilities must not be suppressed within yourself because of what others say or think about you. Let your inner abilities come out!

  5. You are far more than you think you are

This gives us an idea about how and what you think about yourself. As you know, we are born in a society where we believe ourselves to be someone whom others make us believe we are. In that way, we grow up thinking that we are what others think we are. That actually isn’t what you truely are. You are far more than what you think you are. You can do more than you think you can. Because the way you think of yourself is not who you actually are. You are what God made you to be and He knows what you can possibly do!

  6. Don’t let your scars define who you are

This tells us that it doesn’t matter how many scars we have, those scars aren’t gonna define you. The strength and capabilities you still have even having those scars is what that matters.

  7. You were born because of a splendid reason

This shows us that you weren’t born for no reason. You weren’t just formed in your mother’s womb. You were born on the particular day you were born because God chose you to be born on that particular day. God made you to exist because He has a plan. God does nothing without a plan. He doesn’t do things to pass his time. You were born because of a splendid reason.

  8. Just believe you’ll flourish in the perfect season

At times, you might wonder why you aren’t moving forward while others are. That’s a normal thing to wonder about. But the thing is that, we all are different and unique from one another. Just as different fruits grow in different seasons, you will also flourish in your own season. It’s not a wise question to ask, “why aren’t bananas in sale while oranges are? ” Bananas will be in sale and will be admired too when the season comes. You too will flourish when your time comes and that will be the perfect season meant just for you!

Are you unsatisfied? ‘Gratitude’ will teach you how to be.

As we all know, gratitude is the best attitude. Learn to appreciate little things in life. Just don’t sit with that boredom attitude. Think about what others might be going through. There are many who don’t even have homes to stay in. Many don’t even have clothes to wear. Now, compare yourself with them. You have a phone or tablet maybe because of which you’re able to read this. You’re reading this because you are educated. There are many people out there who didn’t get a chance to go to school. Don’t focus on the things you don’t have. Instead, focus on the things you have and be grateful for the littlest things that has happened to you. Some may be good, some may be bad. But remember that everything was for good. They have made you what you are today. Take the good things as blessings and bad things as lessons. Be thankful for the breath you are taking now. Many are not. If you are unhappy, just flashback to your past, not to complain, but to look at the good things that have happened to you. You might be thinking that you’ve made a lot of mistakes in the past. They actually taught you how not to do something. Now you know what to be careful about and you won’t repeat the same mistake if you were good enough to learn. Everything is a good teacher if you are a good learner. Have the attitude to learn and the attitude of gratitude to everything you come across. Be positive! Be grateful!

If you are feeling unloved or broken, this one is just for you. There is someone who loves you so unconditionally.

Hi! This is me, Leche Koza. I’m here to share about one of the most important things that we all should be aware of. If you don’t know this, you are literally lacking a very big thing in your life. If you want to know more about it, please continue reading. I promise that your life will never be the same if you believe and accept what you read. First let me start with a question. What is unconditional love? Is it something which you do in return to someone who loves you? Is it loving someone because he’s good, beautiful or talented? No! To answer this question, let me start off with an example. Suppose you’ve done a very miserable crime because of which you have been condemned to be imprisoned for lifetime. But one person, on the other hand, who has done nothing wrong, is willing to take your place and he did! You never did anything for him but he took your place and bore your punishment regardless of the crime you did. He loved you enough to take your place. Now this is called unconditional love. To love unconditionally means to love someone regardless of how he looks like, what he has done or how bad he has been to you! This is the same love that God loves you with. I’d say, even more than that! And one great thing is that his love never changes unlike humans. Someone might die for a good person but while we were still sinners, he died for you and me! Now this is worth pondering about. As I’ve mentioned in the topic, if you are feeling unloved or broken, this is for you. Yeah! Do you feel unloved? Broken? Left alone? Do you feel like you’re not worth living and want to end up your life? Hey there, don’t worry! It’s normal to feel this way sometimes. Just chill! The creater of the whole universe loves you regardless of who you are, what you’ve done or where you’ve been. Wow! How amazing does that sound to you? Yep, I know it sounds amazing because it is! You may feel like you’re a sinner and don’t deserve to be loved, but the good news for you is that God loves the undeserved. He is the God who died on the cross in our place for your sins and my sins. We deserved death but he gave us life. Sounds cool, right? Well, it actually isn’t that easy as it seems to be. Our God the Father had to give his one and only begotten son as a sacrifice for our sins. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only begotten son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life”. Now you might be wanting to know who died for you. His name is Jesus Christ. Yes, He loved you enough to die for you. But that was not the end. He rose again on the third day and He’s watching over you even now as you’re reading this. Do you want to be loved unconditionally? Well, you already are loved unconditionally by him! He has a special plan for you in your life. All you have to do is accept him as your personal Lord and savior. If you do so, you’ll receive eternal life which will go beyond the life which you have now. Sounds impossible? Actually it’s very simple! Pray this prayer with me right now. “Dear Lord Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner and I did things my own way. Please forgive me for the wrongs that I have done. Thank you for sacrificing yourself on the cross so that I can have life of abundance. It is great knowing that you love me unconditionally and have a plan for me in my life. From this day onwards, I accept you as my personal Lord and savior. Come into my life and be my King. I surrender my life to you. I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and rose again on the third day. I am yours now and forever more. Thank you for accepting me. I pray this prayer in Jesus’ name, Amen! ” Congratulations! Now that you have prayed this prayer, you are a part of God’s family. You are a new creation. You don’t have to worry about what people think about you or whether they love you or not, because now you know that the creator of the universe is your Father and He loves you unconditionally. All you have to do is read Bible daily and pray to him. If you don’t know how to pray, you can just ask God for help. If you want to learn how to pray, please comment below and I will write a topic on prayer. Thanks for reading so patiently till the end. God bless!
